How to book...

CALL IN at the Box Office during opening hours

TELEPHONE us on 01440 714140. During busy periods, please leave your name and telephone number on our answering machine and we will be delighted to return your call.

BY POST Write to us at Haverhill Arts Centre, High Street, Haverhill, Suffolk. CB9 8AR. Either enclose a stamp addressed envelope or add 50p for tickets to be sent by post.

PAYMENT can either be made by Cash, Cheque (Payable to Haverhill Town Council), Credit or Debit card.

CONCESSIONS Consession prices apply to children under 16, full-time students, registered unwaged, customers in receipt of Disability Living Allowance, and Senior citizens. Please produce evidence of entitlement when paying for or collecting tickets.

GROUP BOOKINGS available on selected events. One free ticket with every ten tickets booked for a single performance.

CUSTOMERS WITH DISABILITIES Please inform the Box Office if you have access requirements so that they may advise you on the most appropriate seats. If you would like more information about facilities for patrons with disabilities, please ask for our leaflet.

REFUNDS Refunds will only be made if the event is sold out and tickets can be sold on to another customer. A fee of £2.00 per ticket will be charged for this service.

LATECOMERS Performance starting times vary. Patrons arriving after the start of a performance may be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before taking their seats.

DATA PROTECTION ACT The personal details required to administer your booking will be securely stored by Haverhill Arts Centre. Please let us know if you would like to join our free mailing list and receive information about Haverhill Arts Centre and related events. We will not pass your details to third parties, unless you give us permission to do so.
